On October 18, 2023, the Queen Anne’s County Family YMCA and Active Aging Center marked a milestone with its grand opening ceremony, adorned with a jubilant Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. This innovative facility, borne from a partnership between the YMCA of the Chesapeake and the Queen Anne’s County Department of Community Services, Area Agency on Aging, signifies a bold stride towards delivering holistic health and wellness services to the community. Embracing a multi-generational ethos, it stands as a testament to enhancing the overall well-being and vitality of Queen Anne’s County residents.
