The annual build allows potential agriculture customers to see the efficiency and durability benefits of pole buildings made with metal walls and roofs.
Fabral Metal Wall and Roof Systems’ longtime customer Cleary Building Corp. continued its years-long tradition in July, building a pre-engineered structure on site at Wisconsin Farm Technology Days in Loyal, Wisconsin. The building demonstrated the construction efficiency and customization potential of pole buildings for agriculture purposes including dairy, hay storage, livestock, and machinery
Cleary’s professional sales staff designs and engineers each pre-engineered structure, including size, layout, and features, specifically to the customer’s unique needs. Cleary delivers and constructs each building, ensuring maximum control throughout the process. Cleary buildings offer numerous advantages for agriculture projects because they can be erected quickly with or without a foundation. Once installed, the buildings offer high levels of energy efficiency and long-term durability.
“Wisconsin Technology Days gives us the opportunity to get in front of a lot of potential customers,” said Scott Goodell, Region Manager for Cleary Building Corp. “We build a building on site every year so that we can show the products we offer and also provide the opportunity for visitors to speak with our professional sales staff.”
The walls and roofs of the pole barn are pre-fabricated using Fabral’s metal panels, including GrandRib 3 Plus panels in Sierra and Crinkle Coat finish in Burnished Slate for the roof and wall panels and Crinkle Coat finish Burnished Slate for the trims. Cleary has been using Fabral metal products for more than 40 years.
“Cleary Building Corp. is one of the top builders nationally, and we’re honored to support them each year at Wisconsin Technology Days as they showcase their buildings and the Fabral products used to make them,” said Michael Vaughn, Marketing Manager for Fabral. “Contractors love the fact that our products are durable, low maintenance, and come with the support of our engineering team and our customer care team, and we appreciate the opportunity to showcase those benefits to the agriculture industry in person alongside our valued partner.”
Cleary’s 30’ x 40’ building at Wisconsin Farm Technology Days featured energy-efficient windows, the Cleary Craftsman Awning, and High Clearance Trusses. At the end of the three-day event, Cleary installers dismantled the building and shipped it to its permanent home, the Moris Family Farm in Platteville, Wisconsin.
