Located just ten miles south of Charlottesville, Nutmeg Farm is nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of the quaint Virginia countryside. Surrounded by scenic mountain views, the farm is a peaceful retreat from busy day-to-day life. The three-story farmhouse, which has been standing for decades, was restored and expanded to cover 6,000 square feet.

Fabral Charcoal Gray standing seam roofing was chosen to complete the design of this turn-of-the-century restoration. The multi-level design unifies the additions with a traditional style. The inclusion of a snow retention system prevents damage to the property and adds a classic look to the project, marrying function and aesthetics. The location, boasting functional barns and paddocks, party rooms and picnic spaces, is ideal for both hosting functions or just enjoying the countryside.
