Product Installation: Install panels plumb, level and straight so they are weathertight and without waves or other distortions that may limit thermal movement. Apply sealant tape or caulking as necessary at flashing and panel joints to prevent water penetration.

Product Maintenance & Warranty: Use proper care to ensure the durability of Box Rib HCF panels. Remove filings, grease, stains, marks or excess sealants from roof panel system to prevent staining. Store panels and flashings in a safe dry environment. Box Rib HCF has a 30-year finish warranty against cracking, chipping, peeling, fading and chalking.

Milford, Delaware

Becker Morgan Group partnered with Eastern Metals Inc. and opted for Fabral Powerseam II 16" for the metal roofing of this project. Quality Exteriors Inc. performed the installation of this high-performance, mechanically seamed standing seam roofing system.
